Mydex has focused on providing an easy to access, easy to use platform that offers a pay as you go approach to take up to make cost of entry low and aligned to the benefits that are delivered through its use. Summarised below are the core tariffs for the platform.
Individuals have free access and use
Mydex provides the personal data service to individuals free of charge with:
- No hidden clauses;
- No data rights for Mydex;
- No access to their data without their express permission;
Mydex Platform Subscriber Fees
Annual subscription fees for Mydex platform services are calculated on a pay as you use basis using a combination of the following elements:
The number of systems or services a subscriber connects into one or more of the Mydex platform services listed below.
- Mydex Personal Data Stores (PDS) | Attribute Stores (AtS)
- Mydex Secure Attribute Exchange Platform
- Mydex Consent Management and GDPR compliance
- Mydex Cluster Collaboration Platform

The number of citizens each subscriber's service connects to using the Mydex platform services.
At an annual unit price of £5 per citizen connected to.
Subscription fees are payable annually in advance for as long as a connection remains in place between a subscribers service and citizens.
Discounts are available for:
10% discount for a 2 Year commitment paid in advance.
Volume of citizen connections
- 6% discount for greater than or equal to 10,000 and less than 30,000 citizens
- 10% discount for greater than or equal to 60,000 and less than 200,000 citizens
- 15% discount for greater than or equal to 200,000 and less than 500,000 citizens
- 20% discount for greater than or equal to 500,000 and less than 1 million citizens
- 25% discount for greater than or equal to 1million and less than 5 million citizens
- 30% discount for greater than or equal to 5million
Multiple Connections / Multiple Subscribers participating in a single cluster collaboration:
- 10% discount for greater than or equal to 3 and less than 6 connections / subscribers
- 15% discount for greater than or equal to 6 and less than 10 connections / subscribers
- 25% discount for greater than or equal to 10 connections / subscribers

There are no limits on volume of data that can be delivered or collected within the scope of approved data sharing agreements.
Discounts available for volume
We offer a discount on system and individual connection fees if purchased in volume.
Annual support fees are chargeable at standard rate regardless of discount of connection fees.

Individual connection fee discount for bulk purchase
As the volume of individuals connecting to a Subscribing organisation increases and you purchase in bulk the discount levels per connection fee increase.

VAT and payment terms
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
Invoices are payable within 30 days of submission or prior to live service connection in relation to connection fees.
Invoices are raised monthly in arrears for additional connection fees once live on the platform. Annual support fees are invoiced annually in advance upon the anniversary of initial connection.
